Back to You™ Workplace Wellbeing.

Wellbeing experiences designed to support people, strengthen connection and create a healthier workplace.

Wellbeing that feels different.

Work can ask a lot of people.

Deadlines. Meetings. Expectations. Constant communication. The pressure to perform, adapt and keep moving.

And while organisations increasingly recognise the importance of wellbeing, meaningful wellbeing at work is about more than another initiative on the calendar. It’s about creating moments where people can step away from the demands of the day and experience something different.

Something thoughtful.
Something relevant.
Something that leaves people feeling a little lighter, clearer or more connected than when they arrived.

This is where Back to You™ comes in.

Understanding the bigger picture.

My approach to workplace wellbeing comes from lived experience.

Before building my career in wellbeing, I worked in recruitment and the corporate world. Later, working internationally within the spa and wellbeing industry, I recruited, trained and managed culturally diverse teams and developed wellbeing initiatives for both staff and guests.

I saw first-hand the reality of an industry where people can become physically and mentally drained. They are there to help other people feel relaxed, cared for and restored - while sometimes having very little left for themselves. And when the people creating the experience aren't well, it doesn't just affect them.

  • It affects the guest experience

  • It affects the team

  • It affects retention

  • it affects culture

  • And ultimately, it affects the business

As a manager, I wanted to create exceptional experiences for guests, but I also came to understand that you can't build great experiences by continually asking the people behind them to give more without taking care of them too.

I learned that people don't always need more money to feel valued. Sometimes they need to feel seen, heard, appreciated and that what they do matters.

That understanding continues to shape Back to You™ today.

People aren't separate from the performance of a business. They are the people who create it.

Creating space for what matters.

Wellbeing isn’t just about feeling good. It’s about understanding the relationship between your mind, body, emotions, beliefs and perceptions - and how they shape the way you experience yourself and your life.

My work draws from a broad spectrum of holistic wellbeing and transformational practices, together with coaching and experience working with people one-to-one and in groups.

Rather than simply talking about wellbeing, Back to You™ creates opportunities for people to step out of the pace of work and connect with what they need.

TO PAUSE.

Step away from the pace of the day.

TO BREATHE.

Allow the mind and body to settle.

TO REFLECT.

Create space to consider what you need.

TO RECONNECT.

TO RETURN.

Come back to yourself and what matters.

Take something meaningful back into everyday life.

Why Back to You™?

Because workplace wellbeing shouldn't feel like another box to tick. My background brings together experience that sits across both people and business:

Corporate & recruitment experience
An understanding of working life, people, communication and organisational culture.

Leadership & team experience
Recruiting, training and managing culturally diverse teams and learning how to bring out the best in people.

25+ years in wellbeing
A broad foundation across holistic wellbeing, transformational practices and coaching.

Business experience
Running my own business since 2017 and working directly with business owners, leaders and individuals.

One-to-one & group work
From coaching and transformational support to talks, workshops, circles and immersive wellbeing experiences.

This combination allows me to bring a perspective that is both professional and down to earth. Because ultimately, workplace wellbeing comes back to one thing: People.
