Nothing provided through this website, sessions, workshops, resources or experiences should be considered medical, psychological, legal or financial advice.

Every person’s journey is unique.
While many people experience meaningful shifts and positive change through working together, I cannot guarantee specific outcomes.
Your experience will depend on many factors, including your personal circumstances, commitment, willingness to engage with the process and the actions you take outside of sessions.
Events, Workshops & Community Experiences.
Back to You™ Circles, workshops, retreats and wellbeing experiences are designed to provide opportunities for reflection, connection, relaxation and personal development.
They are not group therapy, counselling or medical treatment.
Participants are responsible for their own wellbeing and should only participate in activities that feel appropriate and comfortable for them.

While I aim to share trusted information, I am not responsible for the content, availability or privacy practices of external websites.

Terms & Conditions.
These terms apply when booking or participating in any Back to You™ service, including coaching, hypnotherapy, workshops, community experiences and workplace wellbeing services.
Booking.
Bookings can be made through a Clarity Call, email, website booking system or another agreed method.
Your booking is confirmed once the service has been agreed and payment has been received where applicable.
Payment.
Payment details will be provided at the time of booking.
Individual sessions and experiences are payable in advance unless otherwise agreed.
For longer coaching journeys, payment plans may be available.
All prices are provided in GBP (£).
Cancellations & Rescheduling.
I completely understand that life can sometimes change unexpectedly, and I always aim to be fair and supportive.
For one-to-one sessions:
More than 48 hours’ notice: sessions may be rescheduled.
Less than 48 hours’ notice: the session may be charged at 50%.
Less than 24 hours’ notice or non-attendance: the session fee is non-refundable.
If you arrive late, your session may need to be shortened to ensure other appointments can continue as scheduled.
Different cancellation terms may apply for events, workshops, retreats and group experiences.
Coaching Journeys.
Back to You™ coaching journeys are designed to provide structure, support and guidance while allowing space for your individual needs and experiences.
Your progress depends on your own engagement, openness and willingness to reflect and take action between sessions.
Confidentiality.
Everything you share during sessions is treated with care and respect and remains confidential.
There are limited exceptions where information may need to be shared, including:
If I am legally required to do so.
If there is a serious risk of harm to yourself or another person.
Intellectual Property.
All resources, worksheets, recordings, meditations, written materials and content provided by Back to You™ remain the intellectual property of Sam Richardson.
Materials are provided for your personal use only and must not be copied, reproduced, shared or distributed without prior permission.
Responsibility.
My role is to support, guide and facilitate reflection.
You remain responsible for your own decisions, choices, actions and outcomes during and after working together.
