Frequently Asked Questions.
Everything you might want to know before beginning your journey.
Choosing to work with someone is a personal decision. You may have questions about how it works, what to expect and whether Back to You™ feels like the right support for you.
Below you’ll find answers to some of the most common questions. If there is something I haven’t covered, please feel welcome to get in touch.
Getting Started.
-
A Clarity Call is simply a conversation.
It is an opportunity to talk about what has brought you here, what you would like support with and what you hope to create moving forward.
We’ll explore where you are currently, what feels challenging and whether one of the Back to You™ experiences feels like the right next step.
There is no pressure and no obligation to continue.
It is simply a chance to connect and see if working together feels right.
-
The relationship between coach and client is incredibly important.
My approach is best suited to people who are open to reflection, curious about themselves and ready to explore meaningful change.
You do not need to have everything figured out.
You simply need to feel ready to take that first step.
-
Every person arrives with a different story, which is why we begin with a conversation.
Some people need space to work through one specific challenge through the Back to You™ Reconnection Experience.
Others feel ready for a deeper journey through the Back to You™ Journey.
Some are looking for community and connection through the Back to You™ Circle.
Together, we will explore what feels most aligned for you.
Working Together.
-
The Back to You™ Reconnection Experience is designed for one specific area where you would like support, clarity or a shift in perspective.
The Back to You™ Journey is a deeper personalised experience exploring your story, patterns, beliefs and the areas of your life where you would like to create meaningful change.
Both are guided by the Back to You™ Method.

-
Everyone’s journey is different.
Some people choose a focused experience around one specific challenge, while others prefer deeper ongoing support.
During your Clarity Call, we can explore what would best support your needs and goals.
-
Not at all.
Many people I work with have never experienced coaching or hypnotherapy before.
Everything will be explained clearly, and you will always remain comfortable and in control throughout the process.
Coaching & Hypnotherapy.
-
Transformational coaching looks beyond simply achieving goals.
It explores the beliefs, experiences and patterns that influence how we see ourselves and the choices we make.
Together, we explore what may be holding you back and create space for new perspectives, confidence and possibilities.
-
Hypnotherapy uses a naturally relaxed state of focused attention to support positive change.
In this state, we can work with thoughts, beliefs and patterns that may sit beneath conscious awareness.
Many people describe hypnosis as deeply relaxing and calming.
-
Counselling often focuses on understanding and processing past experiences.
Coaching focuses more on personal growth, awareness and creating change moving forward.
My approach combines elements of coaching, hypnotherapy and wellbeing practices to support the whole person.
